Hello We are both very disappointed with the process of getting the spray delivered as well as the appearance. We paid $114.00 plus s&h taxes for about 18 carnations with barely any greenery, that is a bit steep for just carnations. We understand that some flowers might be limited, but you do have a guarantee to at least satisfy. After all the confusion, lost or misplacement, and emails from your store making false statements that the order had been delivered for the viewing, we had hoped for a beautiful spray. Instead we saw a very bare looking spray to honor our mother. There are no do overs in the situation. We do hope you see that we get refunded. If need be, I do have a picture of we received. I purchased this spray for a friend who recently passed away on Mother's Day 2020, and this beautiful arrangement arrived just as scheduled for the visitation and service. This spray was beautiful in person to see, and bigger than the picture it looks on the website. I recommend this spray for any traditional service for your loved one, classmate, co-worker or friend.

I love all the flowers you used as my Mom loved pinks and the white flowers and greenery really added to the spray. A beloved family member died and I was very ill with a bad virus at the same time. Consequently I was very late in ordering flowers, I ordered them after lunch the day of the wake and it was Mother's Day weekend to boot! Not only were the flowers at the wake but they were beautiful! Thank you!

The process of ordering this spray was seamless and easy. The price was within our church's guideline and looked appropriate for the young lady who was deceased. Her family appreciated it very much. I did not see the actual spray as it was sent out of state, so I can not comment on the actual flowers or arrangements. The Sympathy Store kept me up to date via email about the order and delivery. I would definitely use this service again in the future.
